Our client is a large trading and investments company whose business activities are spread acrossautomotive, aerospace, transportation, machinery,medical infrastructure, retail and lifestyle, and industrial infrastructure.
They are recruiting a female graduate having 5 years of experience in general office administration. This role is for the Middle East regional office.
Job Responsibilities
- Handling telephone calls and receiving guests.
- Arranging travel requirements for employees such as air ticket, entry visas, hotel booking.
- Handling company cars service schedules, car registration renewals, driver timesheetcomputations, driver management.
- Handling office maintenance and service contracts, stationery and pantry supplies.
- HR / Expense processing related jobs which would relateto the follow up invoices, HR notifications etc.
- Co-work with other colleagues who are principally incharge of corporate, HR and accounting.
- Support the administration of MEA regional Offices.
