Job Description
Responsibility:
- Comprehensive understanding of network architecture and client/server technology
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server/ Desktop OS environments.
- Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners, and mobile devices.
- Knowledge of managing Firewall , Backup & anti-virus programs.
- Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions.
- Coordinating with IT vendors for support activities.
- Knowledge of O365, POS Concepts & POS hardware
