Maintenance

Responsibility:

• Ensure the overall preventive, corrective, routine and emergency maintenance works are carried out for all the kitchens & other facilities.
• Oversee, schedule, coordinate, and perform maintenance and repair of kitchen equipment and other systems including , HVAC, fire alarm/fire fighting, plumbing, electrical, and building security.
• With team of supervisor, skilled workers & external service providers, carry out inspection of facilities on a regular basis to detect maintenance issues including civil, MEP, fire fighting/fire alarm, mainly kitchen equipment & HVAC system.
• Plan & organize Periodic Preventative maintenance schedule for all the civil & MEP services like kitchen equipment, HVAC, fire fighting/fire alarm, kitchen extract system, grease tarp, pest control, gas system etc.
• Execute the implementation of Annual Maintenance Contracts with external service provider & monitor their performance.
• Raise RFQs to external companies and subcontractors for rectification of maintenance issues, evaluate the prices compare to market.
• Ensure that all maintenance requests are attended to within the pre-defined SLA.
• Liaise and coordinate with various collaborators & stakeholders on maintenance issues.
• Supervise and manage the maintenance team ensuring the tasks assigned for all maintenance activities are carried out in an efficient manner.
• Engage and manage subcontractors and service providers ensuring that business disruptions are prevented.
• Oversee facility modifications, including obtaining estimates on required modification & equipment.
• Plan and coordinate internal moves and relocations; coordinate planning for upgrades to existing facilities & other stake holders, including the modification in redesigning of kitchen spaces to optimize the operations.
• Provide technical support and advice on resolving the maintenance issues.
• Security arrangement of the premises including ensuring the staff are aware of procedures on security and inform the facility team in case of any emergency.
• Ensure that all facilities are operated in compliance with all local regulations.
• Ensure good relationships are built with external service providers.
• Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.
