Payroll Operate Services

You will be responsible to generate new business opportunities, build client networks and to grow our POS client base in the region by driving marketing and business development initiatives.
• You will lead and motivate other sub-service lines of tax to help in developing POS business in MENA.
• You will be responsible for pursuing profitable business i.e., which are in line with benchmark engagement economics, fees and estimates-to-complete. You will also be responsible for ensuring adherence to our Tax Quality guidelines.

Job Requirements:
• A very strong background in tax accounting and tax auditing, ideally within a large professional services company or similar environment.
• A very strong knowledge and experience of over 7 years in domestic and international tax rules/regulations, developments etc., ideally within a large professional services company or similar environment.
• A strong track record of managerial, organizational and business development experience.
