• Long term planning and development of Event strategy
• Ensure high bar of customer experience for all Tier-1 events in the MENA region
• Own Event GTM plan which includes (a) marketing brief for the event, (b) event construct and positioning, (c) Onsite event CX including that of central marketing programs, and (d) communicating aligned business and engagement goals via Readiness Document and Page 0
• Partner with internal brand and digital marketing teams to (a) develop synergistic marketing communication across all channels, and (b) plan, develop, execute and analyze marketing campaigns across online and offline channels
• Co-develop cross-site marketing programs / initiatives with respective stakeholders to drive customer acquisition and consumer engagement goals. Establish measurable best practices for growing these programs towards achievement of event goals
• Own, design and execute central experiments along with respective stakeholders teams to resolve customer frustrations, introduce enhanced features and test new marketing programs
• Compile, analyze, and present performance metrics and enlighten potential opportunities for event growth
• Establish guidelines and best practices across teams
