You will be responsible for overseeing accounting, admin and HR responsibilities along with handling any Arabiccorrespondences and managing company databases.
Create all company invoices and quotations
Handle any vendor / supplier registration process
Coordinate with the external accountant and auditor in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting activities, VATreport, and other financial reports
Ensure all office supplies are maintained and replenished
Assist with the administrative part of companies Board and Committees
Coordinate all travel requirements
Assist and coordinate the Director’s calendar and arrange meetings
Other accounting tasks delegated from the Admin and Operations Manager
