International Litigation

Responsibilities:
• Lead, inspire, develop, and manage a team responsible for all aspects of litigation and pre-litigation disputes
• Work closely with international leadership across legal, product, engineering, and business teams to provide counseling on litigation and pre-litigation disputes
• Serve as the main point of contact for leadership on legal issues related to major cross-border litigation outside of the United States, such as intellectual property, privacy, antitrust, content, consumer, and class action litigation, and coordinate work across the Legal team according to leadership’s priorities
• Partner with outside counsel to take an active role in litigation and pre-litigation disputes
• Collaborate with other external in-house counsel and legal organizations on litigation and policy matters
