In 1966, Mr. Raja Helou established a trading company that aimed to become top tier in Jordan, and later on in the region. He started with importing and introducing high-end wall coverings and carpets to Amman. Today, more than 50 years later, the legacy of Helou Trading Co. is being carried on by his two children.
