Job Description

- Maintains the optimum utilization and upkeep of warehouse storage facilities.
- Organizes, facilitates and manages stock takes at regular intervals.
- Maintains Company s integrated inventory management system data base to ensure its accuracy, standardization and completeness.
- Manages the daily inventory operations and ensures that they are in compliance with approved policies and procedures.
- Leads the follow up and resolve customer concerns, whilst identifies errors and eliminate root cause using robust countermeasures.
- Works closely with Warehouse Manager to implements warehouse and management systems and integrate best practices and continuous improvement.
- Monitors and reviews operational methods to facilitate both qualitative and quantitative improvements within the operation whilst ensuring continuous customer service.
- Supervise the processing of requisitions and requests to invoice for reimbursements of warehouse codes, complete requisitions for needed materials to assure adequate stock levels.
- Performs various inventory counts, order supplies and goods as needed.
