As the General Counsel a core part of your mandate is to build out and lead a high-performance team. Omnipresent is a hyper-growth company and the majority of our work is cross functional so having experience developing a team and mentoring them to deliver exceptional quality while managing an intense workload is really important, as are strong project management skills.
You will have around 30 people in your team by the end of 2022, and would directly manage and mentor the Director of Legal Product, the Head of Corporate and the Head of Employment & Litigation, who will in turn manage their teams.
