• Work closely with chefs restaurant managers and suppliers to meet operational needs

• 3 years of experience in procurement supply chain or warehouse management (preferably in hospitality)
• OSHA certification
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Knowledge of procurement systems and inventory management software
• Ability to handle high-pressure environments and fast-paced operations
