• Previous hospitality experience is mandatory preferably within a 4- or 5-star hotel fine-dining restaurant or luxury hospitality environment.
• Excellent knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and a guest-focused attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced multicultural environment.
• Flexible to work shifts weekends and public holidays.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Candidates must demonstrate a strong understanding of luxury service and attention to detail.
