Visual Merchandising Executive

Check the trade plan and update our animation plan accordingly
• Prepare a monthly report of all Givenchy animations in the region, with results
• Prepare a monthly report of any relevant competitors’ animations from the competition, gathering countries’ information.
• Order all necessary testers and POSM elements or List what to order for the countries
• Supervise installation in collaboration with local VM and provide reports to optimize VM after installation.
• Prepare the budget as per the marketing calendar, usual locally made elements, and possible design rollouts projects
• Train the local markets (agent and subsidiaries) on visual merchandising in order to get VM ambassadors in each market, make them autonomous and ensure regional consistency in VM execution
• Build strong relationships with the local teams
• Design local POSM elements if needed (glorifiers, Sephora elements, linear kits….) and assure the production and dispatch of them
• Realize all the novelties forecast in relation to marketing and finance teams in order to provide all the needed elements to the market while sticking to the budget
• Prepare the yearly budget as per the trade plan given by the marketing team
• Lead the VM training strategy and development of the modules
