Job Summary


The job holder will be responsible for defining and executing VUZ VAS product strategy.

He/she will be working closely with cross-functional teams to develop launch and manage VAS offerings that add significant value to the app customer base and contribute to the business growth.

Responsibilities


  • VAS Product Strategy:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive VAS product strategy aligned with company goals and industry trends.
  • Identify and prioritize VAS opportunities and enhancements based on market research and customer feedback.
  • Define clear product roadmaps goals and KPIs.

  • Product Development:
  • Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle for VAS offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering design and marketing to ensure successful product launches.
  • Conduct feasibility studies cost-benefit analyses and risk assessments for new VAS initiatives.

  • Customer-Centric Approach:
  • Gather customer insights through research surveys and feedback to inform VAS product enhancements.
  • Define and communicate the value proposition of VAS products to different customer segments.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and respond to customer inquiries and concerns.

  • Competitive Analysis:
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive offerings in the VAS space.
  • Conduct competitive analyses to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Position our VAS products effectively in the market.

  • Marketing and Promotion:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement marketing plans that drive VAS product awareness and adoption.
  • Develop marketing collateral sales tools and campaigns to support VAS product launches.
  • Participate in product-related marketing events and presentations.

  • Performance Monitoring:
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and adoption of VAS products.
  • Analyze data and customer feedback to make data-driven decisions and iterate on product improvements.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management.


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Engineering or any related field (Masters degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in product management specifically with VAS products in the telecommunication or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of VAS technologies market dynamics and customer needs.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
