Act as technical advisor for Utilities & SWRO scope during developer bid review and RFP/specification preparation. Lead technical due diligence verify compliance with project/off-taker requirements identify risks and deviations prepare clarifications support technical evaluation and contribute to contract schedules and negotiation support
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in relevant engineering discipline
- Professional registration chartership or OEM/utility/off-taker experience is preferred
Additional Information :
Required Experience
- 10 years in power/water utilities SWRO desalination industrial water treatment owners engineer or EPC review role
Technical Expertise
- SWRO process; seawater intake/outfall; pretreatment; UF/RO; remineralization; demin water; potable/service/fire water; cooling water; wastewater; chemical dosing; utility consumption; environmental discharge. WHO/GCC potable water guidelines as applicable RO membrane vendor standards environmental discharge permits NFPA for fire water API/ASME where applicable
Commercial/Contract Awareness
- Ability to read and comment on IPP/PPA/EPC technical schedules guarantees LD-linked performance clauses interface obligations acceptance testing requirements and developer deviations
