Via Medica International Healthcare LLCis looking forRegistered Nurses (UAE National/Emirati)for to be part of our team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing Graduate with at least two years of clinical experience.
- DOH License
- Can join immediately
- UAE National
Responsibilities:
Patient Care:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
- Monitor vital signs and assess patient conditions promptly reporting any changes
Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records.
- Document all assessments interventions and outcomes in electronic medical records
Emergency Response:
- Respond efficiently and calmly in emergency situations providing immediate care and initiating appropriate interventions.
Quality Improvement:
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and safety.
