Job Description
We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Testing and Commissioning Engineer in Dubai. Our client is a reputed organization in the Electrical sector seeking skilled and motivated professionals. If you meet the requirements below apply early as positions are limited.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform testing and commissioning of electrical systems and equipment.
- Execute pre-commissioning and commissioning activities as per project requirements.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical faults during testing.
- Interpret electrical drawings and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
- Coordinate with project QA/QC and site teams.
- Prepare commissioning reports and test documentation.
- Support successful project handover to the client.
Required Skills
- Electrical Testing Hands-on testing of electrical equipment and systems.
- Commissioning Experience with commissioning procedures.
- Switchgear Knowledge Testing and troubleshooting LV/MV systems.
- Electrical Drawings Ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Safety Standards Knowledge of electrical safety and commissioning protocols.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with industrial or commercial electrical projects.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- GCC project experience.
Education
- Minimum: Typical B.E./ in Electrical Engineering
- Preferred: Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Additional: Relevant testing/commissioning certifications
Required Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with AutoCAD Plant 3D and Navisworks. Proficiency in creating 3D models Piping Isometrics GA drawings and Piping -depth knowledge of Piping BOM MTO and Piping Material Specifications (PMS). Familiarity with piping support systems and basic understanding of stress analysis. Solid understanding of P&ID for boilers and power plants. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team interactions. Strong leadership abilities to manage and guide a team towards successful project completion.
Required Education:
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) or Bachelors Degree in Engineering (BE) with a minimum of 8 years of experience in the design stream.
