Candidate with strong OTT and Telecom product domain experience, one who can take full ownership of roadmap, enhancement, innovations,direct carrier billing & bundle integrations with telecom operatorsacross MENA. This person will be responsible for defining and delivering best-in-class subscription and billing system, customer on-boarding journey, process, business and technical flows, operational controls, integrations, and service launch while ensuring better customer experience and co-ordination with external and internal stakeholders.
We believe a successful Product Owner keen to focus and emphasis the product from quality and data perspective. She or He should be experienced in taking data driven decisions by using Analytical skills and creating Reports /Dashboards when required. The Analyst should have good planning mindset and leadership skills to lead initiatives across teams.

oAnalyze market and industry trends to provide competitive analysis and develop the product roadmap that helps in overall customer experience and revenue enhancement

- Analyze and understand how all elements of the telco ecosystem and SVOD works together and develop roadmap accordingly
- Create and manage roadmap for Subscription and Billing System
oEager to learn new technologies, identify and deliver enhancements to customer journeys, flows and work with internal & external teams to implement improvements.
- Requirement Gathering and Analysis
oTranslates roadmap features into well-defined product requirements and design including features,user journey, user stories, technical call flows (APIs and protocols), reportingand acceptance test criteria.
oCome up with backlog items that align with larger business objectives

- Introduce existing product capabilities to the customer, gather customerâs expectation
- Map requirements to the existing functionalities & integration approaches available in product
- Facilitate review of the requirements by various stakeholders, closure with stakeholdersâ sign off
- Have internal kick off for implementation with all stakeholders in order to clarify and define the scope
- Collaboration
- Clarify and elaborate the scope of work to development & QA teams
- Collaborate with internal/external development team for discussing the feasibility of implementing customer specific customization in the functionalities and integration approaches
- Support the development & QA teams with any questions they may have.
- Work closely with the technical Teams â Development, QA, Operation
oHave regular meetings with stakeholders and provides update on the ongoing activities and performance
- Product Validation and Release
- Overseeing all stages of product creation including design and development.
- Prioritizes and maintains the sprint backlog, balancing the requirements of stakeholders to maximize business value.
- Work closely with QA team to define the test plan, test scripts, technical integration test cases and user acceptance tests
- Review UAT cases provided by internal/external team for delivery
- Perform sanity testing of release by running test cases from the UAT cases
- Validate that there is no gap in terms of BRD and final delivery
- Assist customer in performing UAT and get the Sign off on the delivery

- Create product collaterals and provide training to various internal and external stakeholders

oMonitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process.
