Role Purpose:

The Tawtheeq Team Leader role is to manage the Tawtheeq hub which acts as focal point for Branch Network to handle all the enquiries related to GCD AML RIM relationships and other compliance enquiry. Also actively provides business insight reviews and reports to the Management to elevate the overall performance and productivity of Branch Network

Key Accountabilities of the role

Manage day-to-day activities of Tawtheeq hub

1. Ensure the Team is meeting the set deadline and doesnt exceed process and UAECB response TAT
2. Handle Escalation enquires for the team
3. Ensuring accuracy timeliness and relevance ofMIS generated reports
4. Act as responsible owner for the centralized MIS tracker
5. Develop new MIS formats/templates/KPI for management and internal communication.
6. Support and align efforts to meet stakeholders need.
7. Assist in updating and reviewing bank policies and procedures based on regulatory change internal audits and examination by regulatory agencies
8. Conduct monthly/ Quarterly to present issues and reports
9. Demonstrate up-to-date expertise in information systems and apply this to the development execution and improvement of action plans.
10. Prepares analytical study of team performance.
11. To contribute to the business planning.
12. Create and maintain issue logs summaries and updates
13. To work constructively and cooperatively with other members of the team.
14. Complete all the required AML compliance and other training assigned
15. Perform other duties as and when assigned.

Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:

1. Aware of all GCD and compliance regulations for compliance officers.

2. Broad knowledge of ADIBs Retail Operational Policies & Procedures

3. Fair Knowledge of UAE banking practices regulations & risks

4. Good Knowledge of Anti-Money laundering regulations issued by the UAE Central Bank and other regulatory authorities

5. Analytical and research skills to define and solve problems

6. Fair knowledge of service standards

7. Management Information skills

8. Computer skill
