Team Leader Simulator Technician

The role we are offering you

• Managing and allocating tasks for the team and assigning priority actions at the start of the shift
• Reporting on availability, output, outstanding jobs, and escalating issues where required
• Managing the technical output, direction, and staffing of the facility
• Liaising directly with the customers’ representatives and end-users to ensure correct availability and operation of the simulators
• Mentoring and coaching team members and Apprentices
• Undertaking QA and acceptance activities, and providing support during post-design modifications
• Carrying out preventative and corrective maintenance on a range of business jet simulators, diagnosing issues and managing defect resolution
• Tracking maintenance activities in our maintenance management system
