We are looking for a Talent Sourcing Associate who can drive recruitment execution with speed structure and precision.
This is not a coordination role.
This is a role for someone who creates movement.
What you will actually do
Build high-signal candidate pipelines (not just volume)
Identify real performers not polished profiles
Screen for evidence of output ownership and impact
Present candidates through clear decision-ready briefs
Drive hiring processes forward with speed and precision
Remove friction and improve the recruitment funnel
What success looks like
Strong candidates entering the pipeline every week
Clear hiring decisions not endless discussions
Fast processes without lowering the quality bar
High conversion from screening hire
Hiring managers trust your judgment
Comfort operating in a high-performance environment

Hire based on titles brands or years alone
Push CVs without real evaluation
Accept good communicators without execution proof
Run slow over-processed hiring
