• Greet the family upon arrival and ensure they are seated in a timely manner
• Take orders and communicate them to the kitchen promptly and accurately
• Serve food and beverages to guests ensuring they are satisfied with their meal
• Provide recommendations to the family regarding menu items
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area
• Resolve any complaints and issues in a professional manner
• Train and mentor junior staff members

• 3 years of experience as a senior waitress
• Fluent in Tagalog and English
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fastpaced and highpressure environment
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
