Project co-ordination

Meeting with developers to discuss the
project requirements & workflow
Define detail project implementation plans
Serve as the lead contact for daily customer
interaction and implementation activities

Involved in the quality assurance stage of
software development and deployment
Prioritizing and escalating issues when
needed and keeping customers informed of
