Superintendent - Construction (Piping)

Department: Construction / Project Execution
Manage piping construction execution across assigned areas directing supervisors and contractors from fabrication readiness through mechanical completion.
Plan piping work fronts erection sequences and manpower in line with project priorities.
Direct supervisors and subcontractors on fabrication installation supports and tie in execution.
Coordinate spool deliveries lifting access scaffolding and material availability.
Monitor productivity quantities and schedule performance and implement recovery measures.
Coordinate welding progress examination status inspection release and repair priorities.
Ensure test boundaries test readiness and reinstatement are managed through approved procedures.
Resolve construction interfaces with engineering equipment civil and commissioning teams.
Lead safe execution punch clearance and handover readiness for assigned piping systems.
Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
12 years in piping construction including 5 years leading major site piping activities.
Required Skills:
Requirements 6 years of EIT site/construction experience with international Oil & Gas EPC companies/subcontractors. Electrical Instrumentation or Telecom construction background. Middle East CIS/FSU or North Africa experience preferred. Experience working with diverse international teams. Good knowledge of NEC/NFPA IEEE NEMA and IEC standards. Strong troubleshooting and subcontractor management skills. PTW LOTO and Arc Flash training; ATEX preferred.
