Palm Tree Used Computers TR LLC is a computer refurbishment company and part of one of the leading computer distributors in the UK CRS-UK.

The company buys large quantities of excorporate computers from all over the world and different kinds (laptops, Ipads, Iphones, etc) and different brands (Apple, Dell, HP, Lenovo, Samsung, etc). The computers come in various conditions as they are used for a few years and our job is to refurbish them cosmetically and technically to look and work like new.

The role will involve:

• Managing staff, training, supervising and appraising.Therefore, extensive experience in computers is a must.
• Ensuring strict quality control of the department’s production especially paint quality.Therefore, knowledge in paint mixing is a must.
• Managing a smooth and agile workflow through the department and with other departments.
• Improving the process through innovative ideas and suggestions
• Ensuring that quality objectives and delivery deadlines are met
• Ensuring that the business targets are reached.
• Making reports, daily, weekly and monthly reports
• Operating mechanical and IT systems

Required:

• You have at least 5 years-experience as a manager in a computer manufacturing field.
• You have at least A-levels from an accredited institution.
• You must have extensive knowledge of mixing paint and different kinds of paint.
• You possess excellent leadership and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• You are calm under pressure, autonomous, and look for reason and data to guide your decision making.
