Software QA Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead & Mentor: Manage guide and develop the QA team to ensure effective testing processes and professional growth.

• Testing Strategy: Design implement and maintain comprehensive QA strategies test plans and test cases for both manual and automated testing.

• Collaboration: Work closely with developers product managers and other stakeholders to align on quality goals and resolve issues efficiently.

• Defect Management: Identify document and track bugs through to resolution ensuring root cause analysis and preventive measures are in place.

• Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to industry best practices coding guidelines and relevant quality standards.

• Reporting: Provide regular updates on QA progress risks and quality metrics to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Online Gaming Experience is a Must.
  
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.

• 4-6 years of experience in Quality Assurance with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies tools and processes.

• Proficiency in test management tools and defect tracking systems.

• Experience with automation frameworks and scripting languages.

• Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills.
