About us

NGR Consulting FZCO is a Dubai-based iGaming consultancy that builds and operates next-generation gaming and entertainment products, including Pronostyx, a Spanish-language prediction markets platform, and Sweep Las Vegas, a social casino and sweepstakes platform for the US market.

The role

We are looking for a creative, hands-on Social Media & Content Manager to own our brands’ presence across social channels. You will plan, create and publish content that grows our communities, drives engagement and supports player acquisition and retention across Spanish- and English-speaking markets.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run monthly content calendars for Pronostyx and Sweep Las Vegas
• Create original content: short-form video (Reels, TikTok, Shorts), graphics, carousels, stories and copy
• Manage and grow accounts on Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, YouTube and Telegram/Discord communities
• Turn trending news, sports and pop-culture events into fast, relevant content
• Engage with followers, moderate comments and build active communities
• Work with the CRM and marketing teams on campaigns, promotions and launches
• Coordinate with influencers, creators and affiliates
• Track performance (reach, engagement, follower growth, traffic, conversions) and report on results
• Make sure all content follows platform rules, advertising regulations and responsible gaming standards

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in social media management and content creation
• Native or fluent Spanish and fluent English (written and spoken)
• Strong portfolio of social content you created, especially short-form video
• Hands-on skills with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere/After Effects or similar tools
• Up to date with trends, formats and algorithms on major platforms
• Experience with scheduling and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Later, Hootsuite or similar)
• Organized, fast and able to work on several brands at once

Nice to have

• Experience in iGaming, sports betting, fantasy, crypto or fintech
• Knowledge of LATAM and US Hispanic audiences
• Basic paid social experience (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads)
• Interest in sports, current events and prediction markets
