Site Surveyor

Role Description:

To supervise and control daily site activities for interior fit-out works ensuring that all tasks are executed safely efficiently and in accordance with approved drawings specifications and project schedules.

• Supervise daily site activities including:
• Partitions ceilings flooring painting
• Joinery installation and finishing works
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and method statements.
• Allocate tasks to foremen and labor teams.
• Monitor daily productivity and progress of site works.
• Ensure work is completed according to the project schedule.
• Report delays issues and manpower requirements to Site Engineer.
• Ensure workmanship meets required quality standards.
• Check installations against approved drawings and specifications.
• Identify defects and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Coordinate with subcontractors site engineers and project team.
• Follow up on instructions from site management and consultants.
• Ensure smooth workflow between different trades on site.
• Monitor proper handling and usage of materials on site.
• Ensure materials are used as per approved specifications.
• Report shortages or damaged materials immediately.
• Enforce site safety rules and PPE compliance.
• Conduct toolbox talks when required.
• Report unsafe acts or conditions on site.
• Prepare daily site reports and progress updates.
• Maintain records of manpower work done and site issues.
• Assist in snagging and de-snagging activities.
