ملخص الوظيفة

Careers International is hiring for a reputed Civil & MEP Contracting Company in the UAE for its ongoing building and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise installation of ducting chilled water piping FCUs AHUs and related HVAC equipment

Monitor insulation supports and installation quality as per approved drawings

Read HVAC shop drawings and coordinate material requirements

Raise inspection requests and attend inspections with the consultant

Allocate daily work to foremen and chargehands and track progress

Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation

Ensure safe working practices and HSE compliance

Requirements

Bachelors degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

1 to 5 years of HVAC site experience in building construction; GCC experience is an advantage

Ability to read HVAC drawings and understand SMACNA/ASHRAE basics

Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office

Valid passport (minimum 2 years validity)

Good communication skills in English; Hindi/Arabic is an advantage

Ready to join at the earliest / within the notice period
