Salary - No Bar for Right Advisors
- Lead the overall planning and execution of Shutdown Turnaround and Maintenance projects.
- Manage complete shutdown activities from pre-shutdown planning through execution commissioning and close-out.
- Develop detailed shutdown execution strategies schedules resource plans and work methodologies.
- Coordinate with the client project management team engineering maintenance operations QA/QC and HSE teams.
- Plan and mobilize manpower equipment tools materials and subcontractors required for shutdown execution.
- Monitor shutdown progress against approved schedules and ensure timely completion of critical activities.
- Manage mechanical piping structural E&I and other maintenance activities associated with shutdown projects.
- Identify critical-path activities and implement recovery plans to minimize delays and downtime.
- Ensure effective coordination of permit-to-work isolation LOTO and plant access requirements.
- Maintain strict compliance with client HSE procedures and international Oil & Gas safety standards.
- Monitor productivity manpower utilization equipment deployment and overall project performance.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors and ensure adherence to project requirements.
- Review daily progress reports manpower reports productivity reports and shutdown KPIs.
- Manage project costs variation orders commercial issues and resource utilization.
- Conduct regular coordination meetings with the client and project stakeholders.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout shutdown execution.
- Lead daily shutdown review meetings and provide regular progress updates to senior management.
- Ensure proper mechanical completion punch-list clearance reinstatement and handover.
- Prepare shutdown completion reports lessons learned and project close-out documentation.

- Qualification
Required Skills:
Qualification B.E./ in Mechanical Engineering or relevant engineering discipline. Relevant certifications in Project Management / Shutdown Management / Maintenance will be an added advantage.
