Job Description:
§ Lead and supervise a team of waitstaff, leveraging UAE-specific hospitality expertise to ensure seamless service delivery and adherence to the café's service standards.
§ Provide exemplary customer service, drawing upon experience in UAE hospitality settings to cater to diverse clientele, addressing their needs and preferences professionally and efficiently.
§ Oversee daily operations, including table setup, order taking, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages, maintaining high standards of service excellence.
§ Train and mentor junior staff, utilizing UAE-specific service protocols and cultural nuances to uphold quality standards, and enhance the overall dining experience.
§ Collaborate with management to optimize service workflows, contribute to menu improvements, and proactively address guest feedback to elevate the café's reputation and guest satisfaction.
