Terrafirma Human Resources Consultancies Co. LLC is a leading provider of human resources solutions in the region offering a wide range of services such as talent acquisition training and development and HR consulting. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team on a shortterm project.

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be responsible for managing the full cycle of talent acquisition process from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding and retention. You will work closely with our clients to understand their hiring needs and develop effective strategies to attract and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet the hiring needs of our clients
Source and screen potential candidates through various channels including job portals social media and professional networks
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills and qualifications
Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates for current and future job openings
Partner with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide guidance on hiring best practices
Negotiate job offers and manage the onboarding process for successful candidates
Provide regular reports and data analysis on recruitment metrics to stakeholders

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition preferably in a consultancy or agency setting
Experience in recruiting for various industries and levels including senior and executive positions
Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and tools including social media and job portals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to handle multiple recruitment projects and manage stakeholders expectations
Fluency in English and Arabic both written and verbal
