Senior Supervisor - Commissioning (Process)

Supervise process pre-commissioning commissioning and start-up activities at project site ensuring safe execution technical quality and delivery in line with the approved schedule.

• Organize and lead technicians operators and subcontractor teams for daily commissioning activities.
  
• Prepare work fronts testing dossiers drawings procedures tools PPE permits and toolbox talks before execution.
  
• Supervise chemical cleaning leak testing catalyst loading steam/air blowing inerting package start-up plant start-up and stabilization.
  
• Inspect systems for operational readiness and ensure LOTO access control barricading and SIMOPS controls are implemented.
  
• Guide plant operators and monitor flow level temperature and pressure to maintain stable operations without trips or shutdowns.
  
• Support DCS activities involving alarms trips logic interlocks permissives and overrides.
  
• Track progress manpower and spare-part usage; identify constraints and recommend recovery actions.
  
• Interpret P&IDs process flow diagrams and control narratives accurately and maintain complete commissioning records.
  
• Coordinate with engineering construction HSE vendors and other disciplines to resolve site issues.
  

Engineering degree or diploma in Chemical Process or a related discipline.

Minimum 12 years of Oil & Gas industry experience.

Extensive field experience in process commissioning plant start-up and stabilization.

Demonstrated experience supervising large technical and subcontractor teams.
