The role

As the Senior publisher manager you will be responsible for building and growing Adcities supply by signing and onboarding major OOH and DOOH media owners onto the OMI platform. Based in Dubai you will be the primary point of contact for publishers from first conversation to long-term partnership ensuring their inventory is fully integrated optimized and performing.

This is a strategic and hands-on role at the intersection of business development account management and technical onboarding.

Tasks

What you will do

  • Identify and sign leading OOH and DOOH media owners building a strong and diversified supply portfolio for UAE & KSA markets
  • Lead the full publisher lifecycle : prospecting negotiation contract onboarding optimization and retention
  • Onboard new partners onto the OMI platform guiding them through the integration and ensuring a smooth and fast launch
  • Build trusted long-term relationships with key contacts at media owner level from operations to C-suite
  • Monitor and analyze publisher performance on a regular basis identify revenue and engagement opportunities
  • Develop processes and best practices to deliver a superior partner experience and maximize supply quality
  • Collaborate with product technical and sales teams to align publisher capabilities with advertiser demand
  • Serve as the voice of the publisher internally feeding market insights and partner feedback to product and leadership

Requirements

What we are looking for

  • 8 years of experience in OOH publisher development supply partnerships or account management within digital media or AdTech
  • Experience in planning and negotiating OOH/DOOH within an agency
  • Proven track record of signing and growing partnerships with media owners or publishers
  • Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem (programmatic DSP/SSP contextual measurement) and of OOH/DOOH market dynamics
  • Experience managing technical integrations and working alongside engineering or product teams
  • Excellent analytical skills comfortable with performance data revenue modeling and reporting
  • Fluent in English Arabic is a strong plus
  • Strong communication and presentation skills able to engage both operational and executive contacts
  • **Highly organized autonomous and able to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously in a fast-moving environment

A plus**

  • Prior exposure to OOH DOOH
  • Experience in a startup or scale-up environment
  • Familiarity with the MENA OOH/DOOH media landscape
