OVERVIEW:

We areseekingan energetic and results-orientedSeniorMediaManager to join our expanding regional marketing teamto support theMiddle East.

You will be key inproviding governance andleadershipoverour media strategy across multiplemarketswith a specific focus on driving brand awareness and salesacross the will work closely with internalSharkNinjateams and our Distributor media teams to ensure the successful delivery of media campaigns that deliver measurable results.

Here are some of the EXCITING things youll get to do (RESPONSIBILITIES):

Leading Day-to-Day Media Management

  • Provide guidance and governance to our distributormedia team in the region working collaboratively to delivermedia strategies aligned with brandobjectivesandcommercialgoals for theMiddle Eastregion.
  • Own the full funnel media strategy definingcampaign mediaobjectives aligningplans to commercialtargets settingbudgets andensurealignment with overall marketingand salesstrategies.
  • Partnerwith internal stakeholdersincluding;DTC Marketplaces RetailSocialMarketingIMCCommercial andFP&A.
  • Champion a full-funnel media approachconnecting brand and performance activationworkingclosely with performance teams to ensure insights learning andoptimisationopportunities are embedded across campaigns.
  • Bring local nuance and consumer insight into media planning working with internal teamsdistributor teams andagency.
  • Overseeaccurateandtimelyreporting of media campaign performance ensuring that key metrics and insights are shared withrelevantstakeholders (e.g. Data team IMC team).
  • Oversee media investment and agencydelivery across channels includingsocialdigitaland video.
  • Use marketing analytics tools to measure campaign performanceoptimizeROI andidentifyareas for improvement.
  • Analyze complex data and translate insights into actionable recommendations that are accessible and understandable for the wider business.
  • Stay updated on the latest advertising trends and technologies recommending new media opportunities to enhance the effectiveness of future campaigns.
  • Build andmaintainstrong relationships with media vendors and agencies to ensure successful campaign execution and continuous improvement.

ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS(REQUIREMENTS):

  • Proventrack recordof developing and executing successful advertising campaigns particularly indigital channels (paid search social media advertising etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of various media platforms particularlysocial.
  • Experience in full-funnel marketing activation with an understanding of how each part of the funnel contributes to overall campaign success.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and platforms (e.g. Nielsen DOMOPowerBI) to track and measure campaign performance and ROI.
  • Familiaritywith AI solutions including but not limited to ChatGPT and Claude.
  • Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (marketing creative sales etc.).
  • Experience in project management with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the small domestic appliance industry is a plus.
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for campaign optimization.
  • A creative mindset and passion for developing engaging innovative advertising

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree inMarketing Communications Business or a related field; aMastersdegree is preferred.
  • Experience with media agency management and execution
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and team management skills.
