Job Purpose

We are seeking a senior finance and investment professional to lead the management allocation and oversight oflarge-scale investment portfolios (USD 100 million and above) on behalf of the organisation. The ideal candidatebrings a strong banking and financial services background within the UAE market with a proven track record ofmanaging institutional or family-office scale funds driving portfolio strategy and delivering consistent riskadjusted returns across market cycles.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the strategy structuring and active management of investment portfolios exceeding USD 100 millionacross asset classes (equities fixed income private equity real estate and alternatives).

Define and execute investment strategy and asset allocation frameworks aligned with the organisations riskappetite and long-term growth objectives.

Drive portfolio diversification capital deployment and liquidity management to optimise risk-adjusted returns.

Build mentor and lead high-performing investment and treasury teams fostering a culture of accountabilityand performance.

Represent the organisation with banks fund managers custodians regulators and institutional counterpartiesacross the UAE and wider GCC market.

Own relationships on both the buy and sell sides negotiating terms and structuring deals that protect andgrow the portfolio.

Monitor macroeconomic trends regulatory developments and market conditions to proactively adjust strategyand mitigate downside risk.

Present investment performance risk exposure and strategic recommendations to the CEO Board andInvestment Committee.

Ensure full compliance with UAE Central Bank DFSA SCA and other applicable regulatory frameworksgoverning investment and banking activity.

Lead the organisation through periods of market volatility or crisis demonstrated by a track record ofnavigating prior financial downturns.

Required Qualifications & Experience

10 years of progressive experience in banking financial services or investment/fund management withmeaningful exposure to the UAE market.

Demonstrated experience managing or overseeing funds/portfolios of USD 100 million or more. Prior senior roles across international banks regional banks investment companies or single/multi-familyoffices.

Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business or a related field; MBA CFA or equivalent professionalqualification strongly preferred.

Solid understanding of UAE and GCC regulatory banking and capital markets frameworks.

Track record of building and leading high-performance finance/investment teams.

Preferred Background

Candidates with prior experience in a senior investment leadership capacity such as Director of Investments &

Strategy Head of Treasury or Senior Relationship/Portfolio Director within a bank investment company orsingle-family office in the UAE are strongly preferred.
