Senior Developer Affiliate Marketing

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as an IT developer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing our IT department overseeing a range of critical functions including API integrations website backend development tools integration social media pixels integration and technical support. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our technology strategy and ensuring the seamless integration of various IT solutions to support our business objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead the design development and implementation of API integrations to enhance data exchange and interoperability between various systems and applications.
Experienced in the Everflow Voluum and Redtracks CRM frontend and API Integration.
Experienced in Google API including Google Tag Manager.
Experienced with Shopify WordPress ClickFunnel and Funnlish.
Core languages should be PHP HTML CSS and JavaScript.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify and leverage APIs that align with business goals.
Ensure the security and reliability of API integrations adhering to industry best practices.

Website Backend Development:
Oversee the development and maintenance of robust and scalable website backends.
Work on innovative solutions that enhance user experience and meet business requirements.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in website backend development.
Tools Integration:
Evaluate and integrate new tools and technologies that enhance operational efficiency and support business objectives.
Work closely with department heads to understand their tool requirements and customize integrations accordingly.
Ensure seamless connectivity and data flow between different tools used across the organization.
Social Media Pixels Integration:
Lead the integration of social media pixels and analytics tools to track and optimize online marketing efforts.
Stay informed about changes in social media platforms and update integrations accordingly.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of key metrics.
Technical Support:
Establish and maintain a highquality technical support system to address user issues.
Develop and implement effective processes for incident resolution and service request management.
Provide leadership in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues promptly.
Leadership and Team Management:
Build and lead a highperforming IT team fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members.
Collaborate with other department heads to align IT initiatives with overall business goals.
Strategic Planning:
Contribute to the development and execution of the overall technology strategy.
Identify opportunities for technological advancements that can drive business growth.
Collaborate with executive leadership to align IT initiatives with the organizations strategic objectives.

Who is our ideal persona

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Proven experience in a leadership role overseeing API integrations website backend development tools integration social media pixels integration and technical support.
Strong understanding of current IT trends emerging technologies and best practices.
Experience in the affiliate marketing space is desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
Willingness to cover weekend check ins
Looker studio experience (desireable)
