- Ensure all relevant data is being captured and analyzed in accordance with the overall strategy and goals of the business
- Leverage data to provide insights on how the company’s marketing and engagement strategies should function in the short, medium and long term
- Analyze data and build models (descriptive and predictive) to understand behaviors of existing and potential customers
- Challenge the product and explore new technologies and techniques in data processing that can help shape and improve the product
- Provide data driven insights to shape and enhance overall product form and function
- Use data to identify untapped areas of growth and provide guidance on how to optimize both the product and the engagement/marketing strategies to capture this growth
- Influence product design, engagement tool design, marketing strategy design by leveraging data and controlled experiments
- Align with other functions of the business and ensure that the data and its findings are being utilized correctly to shape the strategy and overall vision
