Responsibilities:
• Develop strategic, creative copy and conceptual solutions for DAMAC’s marketing strategies.
• Develop messaging solutions and provide recommendations for improvement in content and voice.
• Establish and document guidelines for editorial tone, style and voice of all written content.
• Create concepts and copy for marketing campaigns and one-off projects of various media.
• Update copy in existing marketing campaigns, making it fresh, relevant and persuasive to drive action.
• Produce high-quality, innovative work with a global and culturally relevant sensibility, across a wide variety and types of audiences and placements.
• Collaborate closely with a variety of individuals, including fellow writers and designers on the creative team, the larger marketing team, research, product and legal teams.
• Shape language and tastefully weave between strong brand story language and conversion copywriting tone to execute on strong, concise, and cohesive messaging that will elevate brand objectives.
• Communicate with designers, product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to champion the brand voice and address any design challenges to build engaging user experiences.
• Manage multiple projects across different formats, working cross-functionally to prioritize to meet the deadlines.
