Senior Consulting Engineer - CFD

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading channel partner of a simulation software in Dubai a prominent leader in engineering solutions that drive innovation in industries such as Aerospace & Defense and Oil & Gas. Our client is looking to hire an experienced Senior Consulting Engineer with specialized expertise in advanced Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) focusing on combustion aero thermal and multi phase flow modeling.

Key Responsibilities:

Demonstrated proficiency in combustion models (Premixed Partially Premixed FGM) with handson experience in realworld industrial applications.

Strong scripting skills including User Defined Functions (UDF) in Fluent and Python to enhance simulation capabilities.

Familiarity with multiphase models such as EulerianEulerian EulerianLagrangian and VOF is highly desirable.

Experience leveraging highperformance computing (HPC) resources for detailed simulations

Ability to design and deliver customized training workshops tailored to industrial client requirements using simulation software

Lead the execution of advanced CFD simulations specializing in combustion aerothermal and multiphase flows to address complex challenges across diverse industries.

Deliver comprehensive training to clients through both online and onsite sessions ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and project objectives.

Responsible for accurately estimating consulting costs and timeframes crafting detailed proposals managing project execution and ensuring timely delivery of results.

Demonstrate agility in learning new concepts and technologies along with adept problemsolving skills and effective communication with clients and team members.

Maintain a proactive role within the CFD team providing technical guidance and serving as a goto resource for colleagues.

Requirements

B.E./M.E./Ph.D. in Mechanical Chemical Aerospace or a related discipline.
5 years of consulting experience with a strong foundation in reacting flows multi phase flows fluid mechanics heat transfer and numerical methods.

Proven track record in managing complex projects utilizing simulation software tools

Flexibility to travel occasionally up to 10% of the time.
