Senior BIM Modeler

• Develop and maintain detailedBIM models based on approved design drawings specifications and project requirements.
• Prepare accurateshop drawings fabrication drawings production drawings and installation drawings.
• Coordinate BIM models with Architectural Structural MEP and other disciplines.
• Review models and drawings to identifyclashes discrepancies and constructability issues.
• Conduct clash detection and coordinate resolutions with Engineers Designers Consultants and Project teams.
• Ensure BIM models and drawings comply with project standards specifications and requiredLOD.
• Incorporate design changes RFIs consultant comments and approved revisions into BIM models.
• Coordinate withProduction Procurement Site QA/QC and Project teams to ensure BIM outputs are practical and suitable for manufacturing and installation.
• Prepare model-based quantities schedules material take-offs and other BIM deliverables when required.
• Review architectural structural and MEP drawings to ensure accurate modeling and coordination.
• Maintain proper model version control naming conventions and document management.
• Assist in resolving technical issues related to BIM modeling shop drawings and construction details.
• Conduct quality checks on BIM models and drawings before submission or release for production.
• Provide technical guidance and support to Junior BIM Modelers and Detailers.
• Coordinate with external consultants subcontractors and project stakeholders on BIM-related matters when required.
• Support the development and implementation of BIM standards workflows and best practices within the team.
• Ensure all BIM deliverables are completed accurately and within agreed project timelines.
