Key Responsibilities:

Plan prepare and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the American curriculum standards ensuring the intellectual social and emotional growth of students.

Create a safe and supportive learning environment where students feel encouraged to participate and explore.

Assess and monitor student progress providing regular feedback to students and parents and implementing individualized strategies to support diverse learning needs.

Foster a collaborative and respectful classroom culture that promotes inclusivity and positive behavior.

Actively participate in professional development staff meetings and collaborative planning sessions.

Communicate effectively with parents and guardians providing updates on student progress challenges and achievements.

Integrate technology and innovative teaching practices into lessons to enhance learning outcomes.

Support extracurricular activities and contribute to school events as needed. Key Skills:
