Sales Planning and Support Officer

Our client is a multinational heavy machinery manufacturer based in Jebel Ali Free Zone.They are currently recruiting a graduate/post graduate having 3-5 years of experience in sales support and planning.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor of dealer’s performance by generating “common KPI” among vehicle sales, service and spare parts.
• Encourage maximum closer of “proposals" by effective communication and pricing strategies for the dealer and the company.
• Ensure correctness of customer data at dealer.
• Support dealers by making a “Customer Vehicle Follow-up List” as common tool for better dealers management.
• Generate common data formats among dealers to monitor the dealer performance.
• Support to make/update management list or pending customer/vehicle list of each dealership.
• Communicate with each dealership to promote CRM based customer follow-up activity.

Education and Key Skills

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role / automotive industry.
• Training in Automotive Industry or relevant automotive certification will be preferred
• MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power point)
• MS Teams
