Location: Saudi Arabia Industry: HVAC / MEP Contracting Salary: SAR 15000 (Negotiable based on experience client network & achievements)
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager / Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager to lead Saudi sales and operations within the HVAC & MEP contracting sector. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background proven sales achievements and an established network of MEP contractors and consultants across Saudi Arabia.
Lead and expand HVAC/MEP sales across Saudi Arabia.
Develop weekly sales plans and conduct regular client field visits.
Build relationships with MEP contractors consultants and key decision-makers.
Identify new business opportunities and close high-value projects.
Conduct technical presentations and Lunch & Learn sessions for clients.
Lead mentor and achieve targets through the sales team.
Prepare sales forecasts reports and business development strategies.
Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.
46 years of hardcore technical sales experience (Manager/Asst. Manager).
10 years of experience leading a sales team (Senior role).
Valid Saudi/UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
Strong knowledge of HVAC MEP and technical products.
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Well-established contacts with MEP contractors and consultants in Saudi Arabia.
Stable career progression with consistent growth in designation and salary.
