We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented sales professional with a proven track record in luxury hotel/resort/travel company with outstanding sales experience and track record. The main focus of this role is to develop and source appropriate business into our hotel.

In this position, you are responsible for proactively soliciting and handling any sales opportunities, acquiring new customers, maintain existing customers within the assigned regions.
Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited:
1. Increase awareness and market share as per the given areas and accounts.
2. Analyze and provide constant feedback on market trends and competitor activities, reporting any threats and opportunity.
3. Produce actions plans to ensure budgeted figures are achieved.
4. Maintaining good working relationship with the sales team and all other department of the hotel.
5. Plan activities as sales calls, tele sales, webinars, entertainment engagements etc.
6. Provide Weekly Sales Report and Forecast.
Requirements
Ideal Candidate:
Sales background in the 5* hotel industry
Minimum 3- 4 years experience in a similar role in Sales
Passion for sales and creating commercially successes.
Positive attitude and strong communication skills
Excellent personal presentation and grooming
Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines.
Additional languages (For example: German) is a distinct advantage.
