We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing call center sales team in Dubai.
This position is within a well-established international company operating in the Christian products and services sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales agents driving team performance increasing revenue and ensuring the achievement of key business objectives.
The company serves a predominantly Christian customer base and the successful candidate should be comfortable working within a Christian-focused business environment and leading teams promoting faith-based products and services.
Requirements
Lead motivate and manage a team of sales agents.
Monitor team performance and ensure KPIs are consistently achieved.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and conversion rates.
Conduct regular coaching training and performance reviews.
Manage daily sales operations and workflow within the call center.
Analyse sales data and produce performance reports.
Identify areas for process improvement and increased efficiency.
Work closely with senior management to achieve business objectives.
Foster a positive and results-driven sales culture.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Sales Manager within a call center environment.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Experience managing and developing sales teams.

Forex industry experience is welcome but not required.
