Sales Executive

Flex Suisse is the leading service provider for supporting legal and compliance departments with flexible staffing, managed legal services and professional search in Switzerland, Germany and Liechtenstein. For our latest mandate we are looking for a highly motivated talent in the following field:

Industry | Workplace Investigations Specialist | Remote | Temp. 12 months | 100% | Immediately | CHF 120 000+

Tasks

Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze data, including forensic analysis of emails and other information
• Liaise with relevant internal controls or other functions to drive remediation efforts
• Present findings to relevant management and/or committees to determine appropriate level of discipline and corrective actions
• Prepare and conduct investigative interviews and draft related reports
• Manage investigations in regard to anti bribery, anti-, whistleblowing and accounting misinterpretations and any other workplace related matters

Requirements

Experience:

• University degree (preferably in law)
• Resident of Switzerland or Liechtenstein
• Fluency in English, German would be a plus
• Prior exposure to investigative work in a corporate environment
• At least 5 years of PQE in HR, Labour and Employment (L&E) matters
