We are seeking an enthusiastic and achievement-oriented Sales Development Executive (B2B) to become a valuable addition to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth identifying new business opportunities and maintaining existing customer relationships. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated possesses excellent communication skills and has a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive the entire sales cycle from initial client engagement to closing deals.

Schedule meetings with decision-makers and present company services to prospective clients.

Achieve sales targets and KPIs (meetings new customers and revenue).

Manage and nurture client accounts to develop long-term business relationships.

Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and market developments.

Skills & Knowledge:

Strong understanding of marketing sales strategies and negotiation techniques.

Target-driven resilient and self-motivated with a passion for sales.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.

Quick learner with the ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment.

Ability to map accounts and identify new business opportunities.

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelors Degree in Business Marketing or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in the UAE.

Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

UAE Driving License is an added advantage.
