Nidhost, a reputable construction company based in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Executive to join our this role, you will play a vital part in driving our sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to meet company objectives.

- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to increase revenue streams.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging promotional materials and campaigns.

- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.

Requirements & Skills:

- 1–5 years of experience in sales and marketing roles.

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Strong analytical abilities to interpret sales performance and market trends.

- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
