Position Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager with a strong background in the UAE automotive industry. The ideal candidate is a hunter and relationship builder who can identify new business opportunities acquire corporate fleet customers and maximize revenue from managed accounts. This role requires someone who is commercially driven customer-focused and passionate about technology-enabled fleet solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and acquire new corporate accounts within the UAE automotive and fleet sector.
  • Generate revenue by selling Bayanats fleet management and maintenance solutions.
  • Build manage and grow long-term relationships with assigned customer accounts.
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize account value.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare proposals negotiate commercial agreements and successfully close deals.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM and provide regular sales forecasts.
  • Work closely with technical operations and customer success teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
  • Stay informed about market trends competitors and customer needs.


Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of UAE automotive industry sales experience (mandatory).
  • Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
  • Active UAE Residence Visa.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales and account management.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate new business and consistently achieve sales targets.
  • Strong network within the UAE automotive fleet leasing rental or mobility sectors is highly preferred.
  • Good computer skills including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated proactive and able to work independently.

    Experience selling any of the following is highly desirable:

  • Fleet Management Software (FMS) Workshop Management Systems GPS Tracking & Telematics IoT Solutions Fleet Maintenance Services Mobility or Automotive Technology Solutions.
